 Phase 1- Requirements Gathering
An account manager and technical analyst will communicate with with the client to determine the business objectives and software goals.
Phase 2 - Technical Architecture
A technical architect will advise the client on options available with respect to architectural approaches and technology solutions for project implementation.
Phase 3 - Confirmation
Based on the architecture and technology chosen, the development team will draft a development plan for the project with pricing and time estimates.
Phase 4 - Incremental Development
This is the stage where the coding begins. We will build the application in progressive phases or milestones. Incremental delivery permits experimentation of complex solutions during the course of development. This approach facilitates modifications through hands-on exposure to the delivered milestone.
Phase 5 - Delivery
The client receives all of the deliverables according to the release schedule. Support and training (including troubleshooting and installation) are integral parts of all development contracts.
